Insured Packaging & Shipping Guidelines
- Double-Boxing Rule:Place metals in a sealed inner container, then place inside a sturdy outer shipping box with heavy-duty tape.
- RMA Authorization Slip:Always include your printed RMA slip inside the package so vault staff can immediately process your payout.
- Full Carrier Insurance:Ship using USPS Registered Mail or UPS Insured Armored service with tracking number.
