When you initiate a purchase or fractional allocation, prices are locked in real time during checkout based on current spot benchmarks, verified dealer premiums, and administrative fulfillment routing fees.
Where are the bullion products sourced from?
All physical bars and coins are sourced directly through accredited global mints, institutional bullion partners, and primary depositories (including BullionStar Vault Depository, APMEX, JM Bullion, and SD Bullion). Every physical product adheres to internationally recognized LBMA-grade assaying, weight, and hallmarked fineness standards.
Can I allocate gold or silver to my IRA or retirement account?
Yes. ELIT GOLD EXCHANGE provides administrative routing and intake concierge for IRS-compliant precious metals retirement accounts. Through independent, qualified third-party custodian partners, eligible gold and silver bullion can be placed into Traditional IRA, Roth IRA, SEP IRA, or 401(k) rollover accounts. GulfUS Capital LLC acts strictly as an administrative facilitator, not an IRA custodian.
What is the Private Gold/Silver Storage Vault and how is it secured?
High-security allocated storage is provided through world-tier third-party depository partners, including BullionStar Vault Depository, Brink's, and Loomis. Custodial metal is 100% physically allocated, fully underwritten by third-party vault insurance (including Chubb Insurance), and subject to periodic physical inventory audits conducted by Bureau Veritas. GulfUS Capital LLC does not operate physical vaults directly.
Do you offer micro-bullion accumulation ($10–$100 accounts)?
Yes. Verified customers can allocate discretionary micro-amounts between $10 and $100 toward fractional gold and silver accumulation. These balances are not banking deposits, financial securities, or synthetic tokens; each purchase represents direct fractional title to allocated physical bullion held securely with our institutional depository partner (BullionStar Vault Depository).
Can I request physical delivery of my accumulated micro-gold/silver? Who handles shipping and insurance?
Yes. Once your accumulated balance equals qualifying standard minted bar or coin denominations, you may submit a physical redemption and shipping request to your registered address. Important Notice: Fulfillment dispatch windows, shipping fees, transit insurance, and tracking are administered exclusively by the service provider (BullionStar Vault Depository) and primary wholesale fulfillment partners via licensed secure couriers (e.g., Brink's, Loomis, FedEx, UPS). GulfUS Capital LLC does not operate logistics, packaging, or carrier transport.
How does the Jeweler Marketplace work, and who guarantees product quality?
ELIT GOLD EXCHANGE hosts an independent jeweler marketplace directory where certified retail jewelers and goldsmiths showcase fine jewelry, collections, and custom designs. Vendor Responsibility: Each listing merchant operates as an autonomous business. Product authenticity, karat/fineness verification, certified weight, gemological grading, invoicing, and retail warranties are the sole and exclusive legal responsibility of the respective listing jeweler. GulfUS Capital LLC provides the advertising software interface and is not a guarantor, assayer, or retail merchant for marketplace listings.
Can I sell my metals back (Buyback / Liquidation)?
Yes. Users maintaining vaulted holdings or eligible physical bullion may submit a Liquidation / Sell-Back request through their customer portal. Buyback quotes are benchmarked against prevailing live market spot bids and are executed following physical verification and settlement confirmation through our depository partners.
Do you offer leveraged speculative trading or commodities futures?
No. ELIT GOLD EXCHANGE is strictly an administrative concierge, e-commerce marketplace, and order-routing interface for physical bullion and allocated vault holdings. We do not provide margin trading, commodities futures, options, or derivatives contracts, and GulfUS Capital LLC is not a broker-dealer or CFTC-registered commodity pool operator.
